Health and fitness are totally interrelated. If you are fit, you regard yourself as healthy. Today technology has made us lame. We walk through escalators, climb by lifts, and use cars. Having the excessive use of technology has made us somewhat unfit. If we take walking as an example, people who walk more, go for joggings are generally more fit. One can have good and healthy life just by walking few kilometers every day. Walking increases blood flow to brain which in turn increases the thinking ability. Hence, just by walking person can achieve sound health style.


The basic foundation of sound health starts from foods rich with all basic nutrients. Having proper diet helps you fight many diseases. Green leafy vegetables, fruits, fibrous food, legumes make your immune system strong. Having protein rich diet makes you strong and you also look good. Healthy person physique looks much better than weak and lean person. Moreover, healthy person has far more energy to recover in case of any disease attack.

One can find health care tips right from a child to grandparents. Everyone has their own philosophy and even their own way of defining health. Paying heed to each and every advice is not possible. Hence, here are top 5 tips following which you can achieve a better life style.

• Avoid fast food - Go through your refrigerator and toss out the cold drinks and burger you bought last night. Try to get rid of the junk food. Don’t allow to live them in your refrigerator so that when you will not see them, you will not eat them. Control your tongue and avoid them while doing shopping also.

Accompany yourself with lunch at work place - Work place is the place where most of junk food enters your stomach. Get prepare to take your ‘home made’ lunch with you.

Say no to cold drinks and coffee - Once you start drinking them, you are not able to get rid of them. Just have an exercise and note down all the coffees and cold drinks you consumed in a day. You itself will get shocked. Sometimes, we ourselves are not aware of such huge figure consumptions.

Sleep deeply - Sleep for about 8 – 10 hours make us relax. It is during sleep that our mind relaxes and we grow properly. If possible, take a power nap at afternoon, this will enhance your personality and you will feel fresher than before.

Yoga is must - Include yoga or little exercise let it be simple stretching in your daily routine. It recharges all your hand, legs and you will feel a new sense of zeal within your body.
